Collection of Information

The Phoenix House Florida website automatically collects some anonymous “non-personally identifiable” aggregate information about visitors when pages on our website are requested through a browser. This information is used for statistical purposes and to help us monitor how many guests navigate our site, allowing us to customize our service for future visitors.

The Phoenix House Florida website collects IP addresses as a component of the non-personally identifiable aggregate information. An IP address is a number assigned to your computer by a web server when you’re on the Internet. This information is used only for non-user specific purposes, such as determining how many users visited a specific area of our site. However, if it were necessary, such information could be used to identify a user in order to comply with safety and/or security issues or with legal requirements.

Donating Online

Phoenix House Florida uses industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to ensure that all credit card transactions are secure. The SSL system encrypts information that you submit to us via our website when you make a donation. Encryption makes it extremely difficult for anyone to intercept information about you or your credit card information. Phoenix House Florida does not use “cookies” to support online donations (see “Cookies” section). Phoenix House Florida donors may become part of a Phoenix House Florida mailing list. However, Phoenix House Florida will not sell, rent, or share your information with a third party.

How Can We Help?

The Derek Jeter Center

The Derek Jeter Center Adolescent program in Brandon, FL provides comprehensive outpatient services that help families deal with teen substance use and related mental health conditions.

At Our House

For some patients, stepping away from the buzz of everyday life is the only way to make a full recovery. Inpatient treatments help patients refocus their recovery efforts to achieve positive, long-lasting outcomes.

At Your House

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to recovery. Outpatient treatment must follow a continuum of care that starts with a thorough needs assessment and ends with recovery monitoring.
